They found a large bag of ganja in Ras Ruphal's right pants pocket and handcuffed him to the police wagon. As they drove him down to the precinct they beat and kicked him. When they arrived they carried him inside by his elbows and he hollered. They beat him in the mouth to quiet him and threw him in a barren cell. Everything is barren in Babylon. Babylon is barren.

- Andy Siege, born as Andreas Madjid Siege in Kenya in 1985, is an award winning film director and writer. His debut feature film "Beti and Amare" which he wrote and directed was nominated for multiple high profile international film awards. He has a BA in Creative Writing and an MA in Political Science. He wrote his first novella when he was 14 but it got him in a lot of trouble and then he lost it. FILM FESTIVAL ON THE MOON is his fourth novella.
