    • <p><b>Rita De Siano</b> is an Associate Professor of Economic Policy at the&nbsp;University of Naples, Parthenope (Italy). Her research focuses on&nbsp;spatial econometrics, regional economics, sustainable development, and&nbsp;resilience. She is a fellow of the Spatial Econometrics Association&nbsp;(SEA) and the Italian Society of Economists (SIE).</p><p><b>Valerio Leone Sciabolazza</b> is untenured Associate Professor at the University of Naples, Parthenope (Italy).&nbsp;His research focuses on the economics of networks, spatial econometrics, and the new science of networks.</p><b>Alessandro Sapio</b> is a Full Professor of Economic Policy at the University of Naples, Parthenope (Italy). He has been a visiting scholar at the London Business School (Energy Markets Group), European Business School Paris, and Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, and has worked on several projects funded by the European Commission under FP6, FP7, and Horizon2020, including IMPRESSIONS on climate change scenarios. He serves as an Associate Editor of Economia Politica Journal of Analytical and Institutional Economics, edited by Springer.
