He consults and works closely with universities and businesses. He has intensively studied mindsets that enable problem-solving and his research interests center on personal and organizational change. JeanPaul Thommen (Wiesbaden, Germany) is a professor at The European Business School in Wiesbaden, Germany, teaching leadership, organizational development, and business ethics.
