The flow of information from one point to another and between individuals is helpful in taking timely decisions and actions especially in the university Libraries. The system of communication in most libraries calls for research especially in taking timely decisions and actions in Library management meetings that either concerns staff matters/ official in the Library. The communication in the university library calls for research as junior staff of the libraries sometimes could not relate well with senior subordinate due to differences in their designation. The need to identify specific ways in which communication between library management staff and non-management staff became evident if job satisfaction and increase productivity is to be obtained in the libraries. - Lucky T. Abdulsalami was born on 25th September, 1969 at Magongo in Ogori-Magongo LGA of Kogi State. He attended ABU, Zaria and graduated with the following certificates.1991 Diploma Lib Sci. 1997 BLIS,2000 MIAD, 2005 MLC, 2010 MLIS, PhD Lib Science UNN. He is Married to the Co-author Paulina F. Salami a Library Scientist with Four children, boys.
