He is senior research analyst with Nearshore Americas (www.nearshoreamericas.com), a popular media and market analytics hub dedicated entirely to covering Latin America s rise in professional services outsourcing. His most recent reports take a hard-line look at Brazil s economic boom and what it means for IT, Latin America as a platform for knowledge-intensive services, and Mexico s university system as an enabler of IT innovation. In his travels to Latin America, Luke has interviewed top-level business and government officials, including two Central American Presidents, and he has spoken at numerous events and moderated speaker s panels on the topic of global business in Latin America. He speaks fluent Spanish, Polish, and has a good command of Portuguese.
