As Ernst & Young''s national gaming industry specialist, Brian serves as a coordinating partner on both audit and special engagement projects throughout the industry. For virtually his entire career, he has worked in the gaming industry serving clients in the areas of internal control, litigation support, corporate finance, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. The proliferation of gaming-industry clients has given Brian the opportunity to serve clients in every corner of the globe for the past 32 years. He has worked with startups, in Eastern Europe, Moscow and Australia, and regulators in many countries, as well as throughout the United States. In addition to his vast experience with hotels and gaming, Brian was the founding chairman of the annual New Jersey Gaming Conferences, which is sponsored by the New Jersey Society of CPAs. Brian has his degree from Rutgers University. Jay Bornstein (Philadelphia, PA) is a tax partner at Ernst & Young.
