    • <p><strong>Sir Cary L. Cooper CBE</strong> is Pro Vice Chancellor for External Relations and Distinguished Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health at Lancaster University. He is Chair of the Academy of Social Sciences, President of RELATE, President of Institute of Welfare and was lead scientist on the UK government's Foresight project on Mental Capital and Wellbeing.<p><strong>James Campbell Quick</strong> is John and Judy Goolsby Distinguished Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington, and Distinguished Visiting Scholar at Lancaster University Management School, UK. He is Editor-in-Chief of<em>Foundations and Trends in Organizational Behavior</em>, now publications. Jim has over 130 publications available in ten languages. Jim is married to the former Sheri Grimes Schember.<p><strong>Marc J. Schabracq</strong> teaches courses on work and health psychology at the University of Amsterdam and is an independent organizational consultant in human aspects of production and change in both profit and non-profit organisations.
