    • <b>Harry Eastwood</b>first came to the public's attention in 2007 when she co-presented Channel 4's popular prime-time television series<i>Cook Yourself Thin</i>. She later went on to present the twenty-part US version of the show on Lifetime network and is the author of two other cookery books,<i>Red Velvet and Chocolate Heartache</i>and<i>The Skinny French Kitchen</i>. Famous for her original, imaginative and unusual approach to lowering the calories in our favourite dishes, Harry's focus is the creation of easy and reliable recipes that work each and every time.
