He is a software, modeling, and architecture strategist veteran with twenty-two years of experience in designing, architecting, and building high-volume, real-time trading systems for Wall Street brokerage institutions, investment banking, credit card, and insurance firms, such as JPMorgan, Chase, Citibank, American Express, and UBS PaineWebber. He is the author of Service-Oriented Modeling: Service Analysis, Design, and Architecture and coauthor of Service-Oriented Architecture: A Planning and Implementation Guide for Business and Technology, both published by Wiley.
