The third part analyses the regulation under EU Treaties and Derived law. Finally, current crisis and the role played by EU institutions were described. From 2014 she is a Director of Jean Monnet Module and the Director of Almirante Bonifaz Honorific Chair in Defence and Security of the University of León.
