FranzJosef Möffert, study of law in Heidelberg and economics; worked for over 10 years in industry as head of legal, patent and procurement department; General Counsel in Europe for a US company; then more than 25 years attorney in own law firm with focus on national and international contract law, primarily in the automotive supply sector and mechanical engineering; further focus delivery of companyinternal and public seminars and as speaker; longterm lecturer at Universities of Applied Sciences at Worms and Mainz for technology transfer, product liability and commercial law; publication of legal publications on contract law.
