- Die Arbeit bereitet die umstrittene Frage bei der Behandlung des Irrtums über verwaltungs- bzw. unionsrechtsakzessorische Blanketttatbestände im Wirtschaftsstrafrecht auf. Die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse werden auf die Spezialmaterie des Außenwirtschaftsstrafrechts übertragen. Fehlvorstellungen über die Existenz der blankettausfüllenden Norm und über die Genehmigungsbedürftigkeit einer Handlung sind nicht als Tatumstandsirrtum, sondern als Verbotsirrtum zu behandeln.

- Theresa Röttger studied at the Albert Ludwig University in Freiburg i. Br. and completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart. She was admitted to the bar in 2019 and was awarded her doctorate by the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen in 2023. Theresa Röttger first worked as a research assistant and later as a lawyer in the Stuttgart office of a renowned German law firm for white-collar crime. Since May 2023, Theresa Röttger has been working for an international corporate law firm in Hamburg.
